Alexa on 2019 i8

I was trying to setup Alexa voice assistant in my 2019 i8 roadster but no luck.
The app says it's supported but I cannot make it work. When I try to say something the car says something like: "this function is not currently available"
I found a YouTube video with Alexa working on an i3 but nothing about i8.

Anybody here has Alexa setup?

Ive got it integrated. It's just reading/executing the connected app functions such as precondition, lock/unlock, windows status, etc using alexa enabled devices such as echos. It doesnt do anything extra more than what the app already does, and it does it with slightly slower speed. Once you have the skill linked to bmw connect, use the command "alexa, tell bmw to [check my range] etc. Theres a small list in a pdf somewhere, but i dont know whats the full list of functions available is, and it's probably not as usefull or efficient as opening up the bmw app and get it done quicker there.

That's different thing. You are describing the BMW Connected skill in Alexa app (and all echo devices)

What I'm talking about is the Alexa voice assistant you have in the car....like pressing the steering wheel button and say "Alexa, play music" or "Alexa, how is the weather in Munich?" and she responds and also showing the info on the car's screen
