Good afternoon, soon going to purchase a friends Crystal White 2015 I8 with 16k miles.

I am aware it needs a couple of small chips touched in, it appears BMW do not make a touch up set for this colour as it is pearlescent. Anyone know of the best place to get a similar product in UK?

Hi Paul,
Mine is same colour as yours soon to be. Im also in the UK. Got this but not tried it yet.

I found the same no touch up stick from bmw for crystal White. So used bmw alpine white touch up stick to fill in a few stone chips on front wings. Came out ok

Snap! Bought exactly the same kit, not got round to using it yet. Was quite effective when I did it on my Meteor Grey Porsche, so fingers crossed!!

Interesting Barry as my local dealer said they did not do the Crystal white as pearlescent could not be successfully produced in small batches?

I went into the dealers with little hope but after they checked the VIN they said that they could order it. It only took a few days to arrive.

I can provide the part number if it helps anyone.

Not sure that the Ionic Silver is pearlescent, isnt it just a metallic?

I'd say just metalic. Mines Ionic, but as silver's go, it's not a particularly special one. There are a couple of better bmw silvers I think. Glaicer is nicer.

Mine has just turned up and must say the kit is pretty comprehensive. Just need the car to go with it :-)

I now have a new set of 625 turbines and 15mm spacers. Will fit them over the weekend. Then it will be perfect.

Will get around to that tiny chip soon.

Fantastic best colour way I think. Mine is the same, it has the 625 wheels and 15400 miles. Dalbergia brown natural leather. Comes Friday.
