The iX comes with BMW's Flexible Fast Charger, which is a cord with a standard J1772 connector on one end (for the car) and a dual adapter with a NEMA 14-50 plug (for a 240v socket) or a 3-prong household plug (for a 120v socket) on the other. You'll need an adapter to connect the 14-50 plug to a 10-30P outlet (unless your outlet actually is a 14-50 outlet, which is more common for an electric dryer circuit installed after 1996 because a 4-prong outlet is now code), that needs to be rated for the circuit you're on (presumably 30A if it's a 10-30P outlet). And you need to do a little research on charging your car - here's a good rundown by Tom at State of Charge (applies to the iX 50 and M60):
