Anyone find an all black i4 grill for e40?

I haven't found any options for an all black e40 grill - anyone know of any? I'm not sure the ICE grill is a direct fit, and even if it was the holes/slats allow air to pass through to a radiator - not sure what's behind the i4 grille but probably not intended to be seen (my guess). I haven't taken delivery yet but thinking of things I may want to change.

Thanks for link. It states the Grille is for the '4 Series G26 Gran Coupe' but doesn't specify, nor differentiate, between the sub-models. This is something I'll keep my eye on after I take delivery and decide if I want to change the grille.

Why not just configuring the car with "BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line with extended contents"?

There were 2 shadow line options when I ordered my e40 - one for the 'Sport' and one for the 'M-Sport.' I have the 'Sport' and the shadow line option for that build does not have a full black nose grill. I don't think the M-sport does either; I think both have a silver-colored perimeter.

Try to wrap it with car wrapping foil. Looks perfect and cost about 50 bucks.
You can easily remove the thin light grey inner part of the kidney to apply the foil.

Do you know if it’s possible to keep the thin gray inner liner of the kidney trim as it is and only wrap the outer trim which is more of a shiny chrome? I want to do a wrap on mine but not have it be full black. I want to have the outer chrome part be black and then the inner liner remain gray. Otherwise I feel like the grill just becomes an undefined blob against a black car (what I have)

How did you take off the thin light inner part and what wrapping foil did you use? Very interested in trying this on my own as well.

Looks good. I too am asking, how did you take the inner ring out? What foil product did you use to wrap it?
