Damn you guys for reminding me of that two years of Pokemon torture when my son was 8 years old.

Yes, my wife and I played along. We pretended to be good parents and blew hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the Pockedex, Pocke balls, Poke videos, Poke shirts and other Poke shit. We tried to learn about each Pokemon and amke sure when we played with him, we knew our Pickachu, Diglet, Bulbasaur, Snorlax and all those other little shits. I hated Ash and that #*$@ Brock with passion.

And by the time he got tired of it all and we were about to breath a sigh of relief ... guess what came up next? ..Yep, "Dragon Ball Z"!!! ..."OK, little buddy. You are on your own now. Just tell us how much money you need to blow this time?"

Damn I still remember lots of their names even though it was a loooong ass time ago. I still have an assload of cards in a binder, my dad wouldn't let me sell them because he says they may be worth something someday (doubtful).
