i8 License plate frame & all season mats

Bought a white w/ blue accents i8. Anyone know where to buy a nice license plate frame & some all season mats fitted for the i8? Noticed the BMW accessories section only has items available for the i3 which is strange being that the i8 has been out since 2014.

The European BMW websites offer a bit more choice (105 items for i8 on bmw.de - although most of them not exclusive to the model). But no mats, and license plate frames wouldn't fit anyway. So you're not missing much.

I don't see why a license plate frame wouldn't fit. I have the blue BMW i branded one on mine.

European plates have a different shape and size than US ones. In fact, pretty much each country here is different. Switzerland, for instance, has much smaller plates in the front than in the rear. So frames from European webshops will not fit in the US.

Some OEMs, like Audi, even use different bumper molds on their cars for different countries, so the local plates fit perfectly right into the body.

Oops didn't stop to think he might be in a European country. I'm assuming BMW doesn't make an OEM plate frame for every size.

Actually, it says Sacramento, so I'm assuming Cali. He was wondering why there's not more i8 products on the website. I suggested European websites, as they seem to have a few things, but that wouldn't make sense for license plate frames.

That's strange then. If I recall correctly I've seen the frame I purchased on BMW USA's site if not under "i8 Parts" then under "i3". Regardless he should try Amazon that's where I purchased the OEM plate and keyfob cover.
