In consideration of this theory, the correlation between attractive women and women who whistle are not parallel. Thus, I most likely will never find a basis for this.

I feel like social acceptance of those who whistle is limited to men age 55 and above. It just seems odd to imagine an attractive woman standing around whistling. In the same mindset, I also can't imagine an attractive woman whittling.

I whistle all the time. Whistling my favorite tune while doing something makes me happy. Doing yard work, washing the car, taking out the trash, whatever...

I sing to myself too. It's fun. I enjoy it and it makes me feel good.

I think so. I've never asked her specifically but she's never complained. We've been married 46 years come this July and we still kiss quite often, plus other fun things.
