If you show this website to your SA they should try to match with a similar contribution (BTW, it might be a couple hundred dollars difference in the discount depending on your zip code).
Ahhhh, my CA neglected to mention the $1,870 but I’m also on the east coast (DC metro).

Let me see if the same incentive applies out this way, thanks for sharing, very helpful.

EDIT: just confirmed it applies out here too, thanks so much!

Can I ask how many months/miles is your lease? Also what city do you live in? We can look up on the BMWFS website to see if the deal is slightly different for you.

Using the Addison/Dallas zip code it says you are entitled to a Dealer Contribution of $1,870. Make sure you share this with your dealer, they should be able to deduct nearly this entire amount off your Cap Cost: https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offer...l-offers-legal

Good luck!

There is no such thing as “entitled to a dealer contribution.” It’s dealer discretion.

Not to be a Debbie downer, but they’ll probably find a way to conveniently deduct that from your trade-in value. 😂

I Agree with you ...sometime dealers are very sneaky... that's the reason I did my homework got a trade in value appraisal from carmax and from other few dealers...which my dealer agreed to accept the value of the car....it's just couple hundred in difference

Where they really try to get get you is all of the extra line items that don’t get discussed until you start doing the paperwork - and if you even notice. All of the dealerships here in Houston add this so-called ”protection package.” It typically includes those security stickers on all of the major body panels, window tint, and some sort of fabric/leather protection. It’s usually around $1,000 (or more) and I always tell them I don’t want that crap. Most US dealers seem to do this by default and if you don’t watch for it during the paperwork portion, you’ll be stuck with it.

What is the essentials package and the Value adds? These negate the $1800 and I am assuming they are dealer added garbage.

BTW might want to check the Costco program as well. Currently both 50's and 60's are available through the program in Socal.

See my post right above yours. It’s probably window tint, limited PPF, security panel protection stickers, or some sort of vinyl/leather protection. total BS stuff that none of us would want done by some cheap installer that the dealership works with.

The residual is currently 52% for the xDrive50 and (I think) 51% for the M60. That could change next week. There is also the $7,500 lease pass through on the xDrive50 but not on the M60 - at least not advertised.

Check the BMWUSA website. For June it looks like they've knocked a couple thousand off of the iX50 via dealer contributions to reduce the cap.

From my calculation on the published BMW NA website lease offer for June (expires July 4, 2023) ... looks like the Money Factor creeped up from 0.00175 to 0.00190 if I did my math correctly

Is there still a 7500 lease credit? I can’t find the link on the 2000.00 additional off msrp.

Does this link work for you? This is specific to my zip code in Los Angeles though:
https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offer...html?zip=90064

Overall it looks like the iX50 is the June 2023 lease offer is about $70-80/month cheaper than May 2023.

Didn’t show me the actual trunk money offer. On a 92,000 ix last month I had 1012.00 a month, 1000 due at signing. I couldn’t think of a better deal but I held off and bam- this happens . Maybe it’s under 1000?

In June of 2022- I was looking at 1800.00 a month with 5k do at signing. This is perplexing. Are there really no one buying them?

Check the leasehackr forums for that data. Plenty of special offers in their regional marketplace forums as well that makes things pretty simple.

51/3 year 36 month 10,000 miles a year. Lease got better- 2000.00 in trunk money on top of lease credit of 7500 and 1500 loyalty. Most dealers are 7.5 percent on order. Better for remaining stock. 2 years free charging.
