Inspired by other posts, I took the trip data from the BMW app and summarized my monthly average consumption to see what effect winter driving has had. I bought the iX M60 mostly for skiing in the winter. The kids love the room in the back seat.

Living in Utah I am less than an hour from seven resorts so this is kind of a hodgepodge of a few dozen different trips into the mountains with winter tires and a ski rack. Also includes a five hour jaunt to Jackson in March where I ran into a major storm with big headwinds, so the data runs the gamut.

To be fair, outside of winter we are talking mostly a mix of city driving and a few trips to Idaho or Nevada, not really the same paths.
