Passenger auto tilting mirror
The handbook says that my passenger side mirror should tilt downwards when reversing to help see the kerb.
My 4 series did this but doesn’t happen on my i8 and never has while I’ve owned it? Anyone know how to activate this or is it a fault? Cheers |

Swap the button to the other mirror, in one direction the mirror dips, in the other, it doesn’t. Guess this gives you a choice as to whether you want it or not.

It will remember a tilted passenger mirror in reverse but only! if the mirror selector is set to the driver side. Maybe you have it set to the passenger side?

Cheers guys! Makes sense so will try that.
You would have thought the handbook would have said that eh but fingers crossed as was thinking might be faulty or a software issue. |
