Nice video. But he didn't show us how to get out.

Good point. Basically you swing your feet out first, then push yourself up with your arms off the frame.

It is not easy though, I once saw a middle-aged lady get in, and I saw that there is no way she could get out by herself, so I politely offered her my hand and pretty much pulled her out.
