Uhh... miscellaneous white person? Russian and Polish to some degree, but really a mutt. Even my full Vietnamese side has a decent amount of French blood running through it. Hence they all look a little bit mixed, and I look Mexican.

It depends. 4-6 is normal. My body gives out before my mind. I have always been a go full speed till you drop and wake up running kind of person. I think of sleep more as idle - still in accessory mode - not so much fully off.
