HELP! Font size too small

Hey, im not sure if this is the right forum to post this in. If its not sorry and please move.

All of a sudden all the font and everything on this forum got very very small. I literally have to be 2 inches away to read anything.

Does anyone know how I can change it back to normal? Thanks

Nevermind.... all i had to do was press ctrl +
