Need Help with the title of a song.........

Its an alt. rock song and the lyrics are very monotone and kind of spoken fast. Also its a male voice. I dont think the song is very new but I heard it the other day on the radio and now I want to own it but I cant figure it out. I cant even come up with any of the lyrics so this might be one of the dumbest threads eva.

Help.
