Well you can probably skip my dinner of cold smoked mackerel with coleslaw,I'm slumming it after 3 dinners on the trot of curry, not even worth posting pic of it up.

Last night was heirloom tomato sandwiches with bacon and cheese, grilled in lots of butter on bakery honey wheat bread. Garden string beans in the air fryer and sun chips.
