Why do people spit on my car?

This is my third time I noticed someone's spit on my 335i.

I don't know why people are doing that, is it just because they cannot afford one? wtf

Two weeks ago, I parked my car right next to a white Sti without any intention and he spitted all over my driver's window and roof.

I really don't understand, why can't they just appreciate what they got.

I'm lucky that I didn't get keyed...

seriously, did you offend any groups of people lately, because this spitting thing is pretty isolated affair. GL.

This happened to my new z3 roadster several times back when I was in college. I was a commuter student so I know it's not cus I pissed someone off. I think in that case becuase it was still known as the 'bond' car and people didn't realize they were only 30k$...they thought some student was driving a 50k$ car to school..

Sure its spit and not bird poo? Ive seen some very clear bird poo before that I thought was spit and when I was analyzing it, a bird pooed right on my car in the same fashion.

I had a guy throw a lit cigarette onto the trunk of my 323 one time, right after I had just passed him and we were stopped at a light. Lucky for him it just rolled off and there was no damage. All I really did was go around him because he couldn't make up his mind on which lane he wanted to stay in and was going way too slow.

Sometimes the slightest things provoke people to do this kind of crap....and for some reason when they have an excuse to do it to a really nice car like a BMW, its like no holds barred. Pathetic people.

that has happened to me before, I agree it is better than being keyed, but I still don't get it. I'd love to see somebody do that........lucky for them I didn't.
