Just went to a supermarket today to buy some toothpaste. It took me forever to buy it because the person in front of me suddenly can't use their credit card and are looking for money on every inch of their wallets/pockets. There is that chance that maybe this guy was just lousy in keeping his finances in check, but I have never seen it happen before but today.
