i8 Lease deals?

Are there any great lease deal or incentive from BMW on the i8 ? My local dealerships seem to think they can get invoice for their cars.

There are plenty of 2015s out there that you should be able to get $25k off MSRP of $150k. I did that 3 weeks ago. Plus residual had been increased (ex: 36m, 10k miles per year is .61).

is 25K the most off MSRP available? Appreciate you sharing the numbers. So it's $1300 payment on a 125k car.

Zero (7xMSD which is refundable). For $1300/month. I put in 7xMSD and rolled in upside from my M4 about 8k which included 1st month, tax, closing costs etc. and monthly was $832+tax

Is that for a '15 or '16? I'm just starting the shopping process (and tentatively). It seems like you can easily be in that range on a '15 without a cap cost reduction.

New member here. 1FastSicilian, will PM you shortly.

Thoughts on Owners Choice for those residing in TX/IL? One quick question: I know if you lease, you cannot qualify for the Federal Tax Credit as BMW Financial is the owner of the car. However, if you do Owners Choice and title the car under your name, do you qualify for the Federal Tax Credit? Many thanks in advance.

Hi FastSicilian. Dealers in south Florida are sitting on a lot of 2015 inventory, but they are not willing to deal. Most discount i have seen is $12K. I have seen $25K discounts in TX and other places based on links posted here.

About the 1069/month offer, how much money down and how many miles per year?

Same question?

Not sure if the incentives are the exact same but last month the 2015 for a 24 month lease at 10,000 miles a year was $1092 a month with a total of $1900 down, which included first payment and all dealer fees and taxes.

Its a 2015 i8 in iconic silver and has an msrp of 148,395.00

its a 36month 10k lease for $1069 with $10,375 due at signing which includes taxes, fees and a small CR... COD may go down depending on your sales tax, this is based of NYC tax of 8.875.

It's my last i8 available. The car does have about 700 miles on it because the owner of the dealership drove it around.

I'm also located in New York,

The residuals on '15 & '16 36 month/10K mi/yr is 61%. I believe a 24 month/10K mi is 67%.

I had a dealership try to tell me that the residuals are higher on the '16's, which is just not the case.

Hope this helps.
