Question Turbocord charger issue

Has anyone else had problems with their turbocord no longer working in the 240v outlet? I had one stop working, then the 2nd one never worked that I received as a replacement.
I had an electrician come out to verify the house circuitry was working 100% correctly.
I am using this cord o a 2017 i3 REX

Check the car's charge controller system by plugging the turbocord into someone else's outlet. The charge controller is inside your i3, and the cord is just providing the power. It could also be a dirty/corroded pin on the charge cord socket in your car, preventing the cord's pilot signal from reaching the car's charge controller.....
