I drove 750 miles round trip and used Eco Pro for half of it. The other half, it was too hot and I used Comfort. Got 35MPG round trip. Only charged it prior to initial departure with no charges en route.

First trip I took (driving back from the dealership) was around 250 miles. I started with a full tank of gas and full charge. Ended up using around 5 gallons.

This is on a 2019 coupe.

Yes Eco Pro, and use cruise control as much as possible. You will easily exceed 40mpg, and even 45mpg if you go slower.

But there's no fun in any of that

Just got home. Been to Blackpool for a few days. So done m25 m1 m6 and m55. And we loved every mile. So comfortable. Rock solid. Great fun when you want it too. And turned loads of heads. Haven't had the car long. So was worrying about parking at the hotel etc but it was perfect. So glad iv got the i8. Such a great all round car.

Takes a good 6 months to get confidence your going to get in/out in car parking spaces in Hotels. Love mine to bits to even after 18 months.

47mpg(UK) at 70mph, 44mpg at 80mph and never really found eco pro to add much.
