Anyway, I did two 3km walks with my stupid dog today with the ankle taped up, and one 10km one with my idiot dog now in the evening and now I have the ankle in a bucket of snow. 1. Eat healthier. Luckily I have a fast metabolism and work out a decent amount, but I eat a lot of garbage food.

2. I'd also like to take more vacations from work and take more road trips. Last year was quite stressful and I took barely any time off.
