Is my i3 turned off? (noob questions)

My Raptor has been in the shop for a month, and I just picked up a 2015 i3 rex until I get it back. Loving the little car already.

Question 1: When I press the OFF button after parking and I open the door, the radio stays on. Is the car off or not?
- If I hit the power button a second time with the door closed, it starts back up.
- If I hit the power button a second time with the door open, the radio turns off.

Question 2: Is there a way to program the remote to unlock both the driver and passenger side door? Currently only unlocking the driver side door.

Take your foot off of the brake pedal before pressing the power button a second time to turn it off.....

Yes, there should be a setting to have the key unlock both doors. Look in the car settings under Doors/Locking.
