Just looked at the tracklist, I'll give it a listen later; looks promising.

check out The Seige. Homeboy sounds like old school Kanye but less douche-y.

You buy a different preworkout with different formulas- DUHHHHH.

It's what I do.

1 Tub of prestack extreme.

Cycle off 1 month with mesomorph or Arez.

Only constant is caffeine. The actual formulas though are all different

yeah you definitely have to cycle off pre's to something different as your body will build up a tolerance to that pre to where eventually you don't feel the effects. I usually switch it up after 2 cylces. I will say it helps my mental focus and for those guys who have been lifting for 10+ year or even 6 years can attest to being on pre and not being on pre

36 years and never used a pre

Maybe that's why I'm now reserved to 12-14 reps with lighter weights. No more bulking for me (except my table muscles)

Like UncleWede I’ve been at it 30+ years. I did the pre workout thing up to about 9 years ago. I just didn’t see the point anymore. I felt as if I was becoming dependent on it and my numbers were not “true” numbers.

So....9 years later my numbers and gains are more then they ever were using pre workout. If I need a lift a little 5 hr energy will do, i sip my BCAAs throughout my workout and have ammonia packs to sniff before my BIG lifts. Simple but effective

I just began listening to this on Spotify. it says official soundtrack but there are like over 20 or 30 songs or more so I'm thinking it's someone just creating a play list plus it has old songs like 1 dmx song. let me know if this is the same thing you're listening to. Thanks.

I hear ya, but it’s not that harsh. Me personally I only bust it out on rare occasions. If I really need to wake the F up.

Honestly taking Pre that makes your skin crawl and tingle along with elevated heart rate and body temp seems harsh to me.

It's called beta alanine.

That tingly feeling is harmless. And caffeine dosis of 300-400 mg is what the usual person consumes in their Starbucks. So it's much safer (if you've worked your way up to it) than ammonia

When you're ready to ditch the sniffs and get back to pres- prestack extreme my friend

I usually go with something cheap and on the lower end in terms of caffeine. Usually I'll just pick up Aminolift by USPlabs. If I run out and don't want to wait I'll just grab some C4 sport from target. I can get a mean pump w/o all that extra shit.
