Wait - are we talking about the iRemote app or the ConnectedDrive website. If it's the former, be sure you're entering your VIN correctly. Otherwise, you may be remote-controlling someone else's i8.

The BMW Connected app. When I click the picture of the car where you normally are able to pre condition it, lock it etc, it says I need to enable remote functions. I click enable and it says unable to process request. It worked the first couple days I had the car then stopped.
