Honestly it's not the end of the world. It's the principle and just the way she/her bf carry themselves that are just ridiculous. I've also thought about what you've suggested and will keep that in mind (it's not a front line option right now). As for apologizing, sure I could suck it up and do so but it's just gonna give encourage her more and give her the false sense that she can do whatever she wants.

There has to be more to this story, and this can't be a corporate owned dealership.

Was there serious financial harm done in the past? Or, maybe playing two dealerships against each other?
