90-100 bolt on HP!

So i know this is a BMW forum, But while at the mall today i saw this Thing? in the parking lot! Just had to take some pics and post them. My Guess is that all these "mods" must be worth about 90-100 bolt-on/stick-on HP.
What do you think? Should we track this guy down and ask him to give us a DIY thread for this.
I got to give this guy props though B/C if this were my car which it would never be i would not be able drive for the fact i would throw up everytime i got in this POS!

I'm willing to bet there is a better than good chance all the vents are just adhesive plastic pieces stuck onto the body.. but everyone agrees that all this extra horsepower is wasted with the terrible tires

He cant afford a good car so he mods the shit out of his gay one... I would have keyed the shit out of it, and wrote a message about how gay his car is and then put it in an envelope behind his wiper. (And the money to fix the scratch in that envelope.)

I just dont get it! I see this where ever I go every state! Illinois, Indiana, Michigan...stupidity has seemed to spread all over the country!

I mean what happens? Do they get like a $200 gift card from Auto Zone and the spending spree begins.

How about all the kids with imports, Hondas, Toyotas...I see kids take off the front bumper on brand new cars, and drive around. WTF is that suppose to mean, like hey look at my radiator.
