i3 LCI render posted by Scott26
I saw this post in another thread and thought it was interesting. What does everyone think?
I'd like to see another improvement in battery capacity if that is possible, after that I guess the iDrive will be updated, there will be a new colour or two and perhaps not much else? https://f92.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...8&postcount=57

I'm interested. A bigger (50kWh?) battery with faster charging than 50kW is on top of my wish list. Some new looks is also fine with me. The car wasn't exactly a beauty before, so I don't expect miracles. I hope it doesn't have too much modern self driving technology.

Yeah... I like that
Only feature I really want though is a black headliner. |

Any under-the-skin updates move me far more than exterior updates. Higher capacity battery pack, better thermal management, heat pump in Rex models (for US Market), iDrive update. Those are the things on my wish list. Slicker headlights and big fake grills won't really influence me to buy the next iteration. Sadly the i3 is at the end of the road and we're not going to see anything further. We can only hope that the new models rolling out will be as practical as the i3 is for my family right now.
