Anyone here a lawyer?

I need to speak to someone that is familiar with business lease agreements and ramifications for breaking lease.

Could really use some advice.

What is your specific question regarding the lease.

Operating or Finance lease?

Ah, but correctly, or incorrectly. That is the new question that should be in your mind. Just pay for legal advice if its an important matter,

I spoke with him - it was a straight forward question.

Except for me. I will bill his ass two mf'n .1 hours. I think that's right anyway. Let me find out for sure and I'll get back to you.

Anyone here an accountant?

I am. And that should be your bill out rate at minimum. And in my professional opinion, if you want the aggregate of two 0.1hrs, that equals 0.7hrs. You just sort of slant the first "1" a little diagonally, and then take the second "1" and just sort of affix it to the top...producing the number "7". Least, that's the sort of math I do.

Now, this informal consultation you requested took me 1.3 hours - where should I send my bill? More importantly, when can I expect payment?

Yes, things are booming here, lots of open positions in Toronto. And we regularly hit mid 20's to low 30's (Celsius - that's got to be like mid 80's or 90's probably in F) from July to August, so I feel we meet the definition of a warm climate at some point during the year. I can give you some pointers on igloo building in the other months if you'd like?

Please send the bill to Champ. He lives in the Seattle area and hangs out at burger joints. Make sure you send the bill to 1 Champ 2 cups in the event that someone else there happens to be named Champ. He should be easy to spot. He should be adorning a black and white Champion sweat suit. He typically hangs out with two plastic cups of water.

The entire purpose of my billing downshift was to buy one of these fine jumpsuits. I'll have to save up or pray that downshift has more questions needing answers so I can snag the slippers and headband.

On a serious note, considering getting a personalized tag for the Lexus. Since it's an IS 350, I'm thinking about 3 FIDDY or TREEFIDDY

Actually, that never occurred to me, but that's good! I like it. I'd be surprised if it isn't taken though - have you searched the DMV or whatever it is you guys have that issues plates?

I have searched. There is a guy in Memphis that has something similar although it isn't quite the same. It costs $75 (non-refundable) to apply for the tag, this doesn't guarantee you'll get it. That's my only draw back. If I spend $75, I want my tag.
