Snicker. Austin really is the sticks. And I'd go older than an FD. Either a GTV 1600 or a Fulvia.

I don't understand this. Yes, it's cheap and can be made from cheap materials and lack features of more expensive interiors etc... however it can still be made to look good. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it has to be ugly.

My main issue with it was that it was very uncomfortable for a fat bastard like me. New seats look like they may be more comfortable, however interior is still as ugly as the original and IMO the old exterior looked better. This new one isn't horrible, but I think it just looks a little more bland.

This car is about the driver first and foremost at an easy entry price, its not about being the prettiest. Its offers all the necessary controls and features, you want a pretty interior? Buy the Mazda then.

I think lowered on some good looking wheels, and maybe a small lip on the front will really make it look good.

Not a fan of the exterior, I think the original FRS/86/BRZ looks more aggressive.

I had a '13 FR-S from the second batch at launch - it was a love hate relationship. So many problems yet the car handled great. Probably should of bought one later down the road.

Would def check out this new one and see how the new engine feels.
