Personally, I think the i8 does not work as well in black. It hides all the gorgeous curves.

I totally see Your point..

I am just "nervous" of getting "tired" of those big contrast colours..

If only Silver/Black came without the blue accents..

There are some rumours though, that it will come in some new color combinations from July-production (Europe,2016-modelyear)..

Carrera,

I know what you mean about getting "tired" of some design element that may seem appealing at first, but maybe a touch jarring. That's why I am glad I got the gray accents on my white i8 rather than the BMW blue accents. Just something to think about.

I have sophisto grey with frozen grey accent. Don't like gimmicky blue accents which makes it look like a toy car in my eyes.

Went funky inside with dalbergia brow.

Yes, I have the gimmicky toy looking car - sophisto grey with blue accent. It compliments my sartorial taste - green/pink plaid suit and red clown shoes!
