Guess that increased production is kicking in. That means it went from being built in July to right now.

Could also be an "extra" allocation grabbed (mine was) or someone who cancelled for the spot with the dealer.

Hi. Thanks The dealer said they had 3 slots all brought forward from Sept delivery to May stating that the ' doubling in production ' was responsible for the earlier production .

Exactly the opposite for me. Was due delivery end April/early May and will only arrive end of June. Clearly the production increase is not in effect in Canada.

Doesn't have anything to do with the ice and weather does it? I know Range Rover deliveries just got pushed back a couple weeks due to logistics problems with ice in the shipping lanes and a backlog at the ports.

I also ordered mine from BMW Toronto, and they were giving me some hard time by telling me that there is one that is coming into the dealership and asked if I want to switch to those cars instead. And of course I said yes. But turns out the one that is coming in ain't the one they have promised (very wrong interior and exterior) so pissed. and btw, i ordered mine in march, and was originally scheduled to be deliver this June, but now, I will get it in late April with some very wrong configs...

You should not be responsible to keep that order if its not what they promised! They should give you the next slot which is still configurable! I got in when the person ahead of me didnt want his slot and I just got it in time to change the order; had dealer print out exact configuration and confirmation of my order before I accepted it
