Small Children in the rear - Booster?
Are booster seats necessary for small children (4+) in the rear seats (I8). I'm sure the law will say yes, but the booster is designed to raise a child up in the seat, as the seat size is large, relative to the child's size. However the I8's rear seats are child sized to begin with. A booster in this case surely puts them in the wrong seating position?

There's been a teenage boy, 5'8" in the back of my i8. My daughter was driving to a party. I was aghast. There was a kid 6'2" in the front seat. (And my daughter's 5'10".)
Fun fact: the parents whose house they went to also have an i8, same color as mine.
