Had a few of these, Duck Bao Buns, a speciality from Costco,as written on the box they are roasted duck in hoisin sauce with carrots,spring onions and cabbage in a bao bun.
Micro at max for 40 sec in the folded wrapper and wait a further 20 sec then ready to eat!

BBQ turkey breast for me n the dogue. Salmon in the butter boat for Mrs Hubba. Turkey marinated in this sauce and cooked in the foil for half the time on grill makes it juicy and delicious! Not pictured are twice baked potatoes and salad.
