Boggles my brain. This city is a shit show. Curious to see what happens Nov 8th with the Gov.

Now back to utility costs so we don't get deleted.

I had our boiler set to 66 F over the weekend, since it was chilly and I wanted to give it a shake-down to avoid a repeat of last November's boiler failure fiasco.

Our weather here has been dank and constant 60's F for the past two days, so I turned the air conditioner back on yesterday afternoon for some relief from the humidity. Last night, I smelled the baseboard radiators warming up and the boiler running. With heating oil and electricity prices out of control, the last thing that I needed to do was run the heat and AC at the same time fighting with each other!!!!!

Winter:
0530 - 68
0700 - 65 (the dog gets cold alone during the day)
1500 - 68
2130 - 62

Since it was 48 (WINTER IS COMING!!!) when I got up this morning, I'm going to have to put a new battery in the thermostat and re-program it.

Coming soon, Summer setting!!! A/C installation to begin today.
