New Owner

Hey everyone, new owner here. I accidentally posted in the i3 forums the other day, so I'm just transferring this here. I test drove an i8 about 3 years ago and knew I would eventually pick one up. I just took delivery of a 2015, Crystal White on Carum Spice, 14K miles, one owner, CPO until 2021. I bought it sight unseen which was a terrifying experience. However, the car turned out to be near perfect. I am absolutely loving it so far. Looking forward to contributing to the forums.

It absolutely is. 14k miles is pretty great for 70k. Right now, the prices I am finding are about 66-70k, on 20-25k mileage. So, you definitely paid properly !
I am looking to buy around christmas this year, and so I think we'll be at about 60k easy till then.

I don't think retail will fall that much, assuming you are looking at a sub 20K mile vehicle with CPO. Wholesale prices, without CPO, potentially will. Better examples will always fetch a higher premium. The nice thing about the CPO is it is transferable to a private party, which is nice for resale value. I will probably be selling mine at the end of the year, or early next year. Unless I am absolutely still in love, lol.

As warranties expire, I am pretty sure they will on the 2015 models Wholesale, not even a question. I've already seen way too many at 65-66k.
