Squeaky Seat Belt Guide Plastic Trim - Is It Replaceable

After my i8 spent the last 5 days getting the fuel pressure sensor replaced (had a great loaner, though, so no complaints), I noticed that the plastic trim on the outside of the seat was squeaky. Now, it could have been squeaky before the repair, but it was definitely squeaky afterwards when the seat belt was guided through.

I checked it and the passenger's trim by pushing them with my finger, and the driver's seat belt guide audibly squeaked whereas the passenger's side was relatively quiet (but did emit a slight sound). Also, as an obsersvation, I must say they seem flimsy and I see them easily breaking.

So I ask the greater i8-Collective-Mind... can they be replaced without having to replace the entire seat? And if so, is it a DIY or body shop repair?

Thank you.

And to answer my own question!

Looks like it's a replaceable part.

Now to figure out how to replace it!

I have one and will replace it this weekend, BUT I found out, that its actually the seatbelt rubbig on seat leather making this noise! Test that first. To do so, take the seatbelt out of the mount and drive a bit.
