SUCKS getting out of it. As in it's difficult physically. I grabbed the door the first time .. and slammed it on my head .. (only 10 people were watching).

Swift. Odd in all electric. Like how the iDrive screen is in blue, that was a nice surprise.

Such an amazing chassis but no real engine. I understand the concept and direction but what did they lose by sticking the s63tu engine and a dct in there as a performance model. That would be unbeatable

Um... Don't you think they thought of that... This a way to fund development, get real world testing... Then upgrade it galore.. And up the price. We are just doing all the long term testing for them.

Happy to do it.

That would totally defeat the purpose of the car.

Congrats man! Looks sweet! I sat in one at my dealership and I think I know what you mean. It's a pain to climb into it, but once you're a settled in the driving position is awesome!

Lovely lovely lovely car.

While not the i8 forum, would appreciate your thoughts (once the headache from closing the door on your noggin subsides...)

There you go. New forum name "i8 crash test dummy." Beautiful car. You're now obligated to tell us all about it, since you tricked us into thinking you were interested in an M3/4. Good luck with it.

Congrats! I got to drive the i3 and it really surprised me how fun that car was to drive. I could only imagine how much more awesome the i8 is. I bet your M4 felt slow afterwards!
