How hard do you drive when you're in electric mode? The range projection is based on past results. I get 30km / 20 mi and more easily. Personal record is 39 km / 24 mi - on a flat road, of course, not a downhill.

You may want to download the BMW i Remote app. It will show you an analysis of your driving style (acceleration, anticipation, driving mode, etc) and it will rate your efficiency for each category. Then you can see what you need to change in order to get the most out of the EV range.
