Or largely because they commit over 50% of the crime (...mostly against other blacks) while being just 14-ish% of the population. Interestingly enough that blacks voted the guy into office late last year who was responsible for the mass incarceration of blacks via his crime bill. They also continue to put people into office in their cities that do nothing for their community.


....and please don't preach to me about "living while black." I have been doing that for over 40 years.

Celebrity/money buys "justice" regardless of color though. They can afford the very best of the best as it pertains to legal counsel or the ability to flee.

One instance I can recall in recent years were the Saudi's street racing through the residential streets of Beverly Hills in their exotics, nearly hitting multiple pedestrians and running from law enforcement........and then overnighted out of the country to avoid prosecution.

A former chief of mine got into a ton of trouble in the late 90's for coming out with some statistics, 80% or the crime was being committed by about 10% of the population. After that we were forbidden from keeping race based stats....just over the last year or so there seems to be a push from the special interest groups to start taking them....it seems they feel it will prove racial bias. I'm glad to be retired....I may pour a rum.
