Will charging like this be bad for the battery?

My wife's work location has a few EA DCFC stations very close by. We already set the charging capacity to 80%. She's thinking that she can use the free 30 minutes daily during lunch to top off the battery to 80%.
Thanks,

I wouldn't be the guy that hogs a charger every day just to be cheap. Charge when you need to but don't be the daily free charging guy. To be honest people worry way too much about how they charge their battery. Unless you are keeping the car past the warranty I wouldn't worry much plenty of real world Tesla battery data that says in general you will be fine
