Good luck. One of my HID ballasts has been on the fritz for months. Took a couple weeks to get one of them to respond and when they finally did, they sent me the wrong side replacement. Now they're gone again. I was a GIANT supporter of theirs, and I know Alex got sick for a while a couple months ago, and I feel for him... but seriously their customer service is sucking lately.

Try emailing warranty@alpinemss.com or alex@alpinemss.com with the subject URGENT. That's what Alex told me to do one time, and that's what got their attention before.. so maybe it'll work for you?

Good luck man..

Also, try hitting alex up on aim, his screen name is madalex310.

Thanks 1speedbike, I've resorted to all of those already. But I still have no luck in reaching them. This is rather frustrating.

I've had similar problems with them too. First the lights on my drivers side stopped working and were a different color. I talked to Alex and he sent me new ballasts to try and fix the problem...it didnt work so he said to send the kit back and he will repair it and replace the bulbs....that happened in late March.....when I got the kit back (mid April), the bulbs were two different temperatures AND one of the bulbs wouldnt fit in the housing. I PMd him and texted him multiple times...i finally got ahold of him in LATE MAY and he said he is sending my new bulbs via two day shipping...got them a week or so later, but havent had a chance to install them yet....hopefully these work. I was getting really pissed off too. Especially since I also tried those other email addresses and got no response and got no response to my texts. I have Alex's cell number if you want it, just PM me.

You should go ahead and call Alpine to do it. Alex helped me with almost every aspect of modding my car, and always had the best customer service out of any of the vendors. Yes he did get very sick a couple of months ago but he tried his very best to take care of every single one of his customers. You will not be disappointed at the great work he does. Just read the number of threads that say he's an A+ guy going above and beyond for our cars.

Alex is one of the best vendors and when I ordered my HIDs, he was very helpful and accommodating, BUT that being said, the past few months the customer service was lacking. Alex admitted that in a PM i got from him today. For that reason, I still would do business with Alex. He didn't have to reach out to me, but he did. Keep trying to reach him, I know the lack of communication is frustrating, because I've gone threw it too, but Alex is one of the good guys on the forum, it's just been a rough few months i guess.

Alex has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Don't know what's been going on recently that he's been hard to get a hold of. I always have and always will support him and his products.. and i hope he has been, and will continue to feel better. But hopefully he can start being a little more responsive! He PMed me today as well. I love his kit and have probably "sold" (or at least got a "near sale") at least a few of his HID sets, or otherwise convinced people to buy his set second-hand, through my kind words, and I don't plan on changing my mind any time soon.. but i hope he can settle these customer service issues
