My girlfriend just had emergency brain surgery and probably won't make it passed this week. I wrote this last night hoping to cope with the pain some how.
UPDATE: Sara will temporarily recover and may live up to six more months. "What I want you to know..."  I feel the pain.Though it's a different story, but my mom had 3 brain attacks whatever 5 and a half years ago. Coming like lightning struck...she was 54 back then. A petite sporty woman. 3 weeks in a coma...the doctors told us she 'd die in about 2 weeks. We already arranged her funeral. BUT SHE SURVIVED. OK she is halfsided 'paralyzed' and she cannot talk that much/very tired and she sits in a wheelchair. But she lives. The greatest woman in my life!  (tears in my eyes right now)IM SO SORRY MAN. TAKE CARE. We all hope she will survive!!! |

Thank you all for the support. It really helps. I'll be stong and keep hope, but that's just not in the cards for today. My emotions are too much for logic like that right now.
She has been upgraded to stable condition, but she may be permanently paralyzed if she does pull through. The doctors said this happened because her ex-husband beat her head into a sidewalk two years ago. Please keep up the kind words, prayers and support. Robin Hood: Thanks for sharing the story about your Mom. It's giving me some hope.
