Kinda torn...what should I do?

So where I work has assigned parking. I came out to my car (2010 335i, car is SUPER clean to the point that people that dont know model year differences ask me if its new) one day to find that the lady that parks next to me has dinged my door handle. She hit it hard enough to remove the clear coat, leave a small dent in the handle and leave dark blue paint from her car on the handle. I've spoken to her previously before about the fact that she doesnt park straight in her space which doesnt give her enough room to get out without banging her door into mine but she continues to park the same way anyway. My previous car (Audi S4) she put 4 dings in with her door due to piss poor parking.

The question is what should I do?

Rent a car for a week and then leave several love taps on her car.

Milf or gilf? Need pics to better determine on how to handle the situation.

Seriously, maybe talk to HR?

She probably doesn't care about her car enough to notice. Instead, park super close to her so she can't get out.

This too....make her crawl over to the passenger side for a week

How has this previously been handled? Did she pay for repairs? A one time incident is bad enough, but the frequency of it is absolute disrespect for your property.

Call your insurance agent; they do a nice job of getting the negligent person to pay. When State Farm (or whoever) starts calling her about the bill it may sink in to her.

And in the meantime I'd think about some of those car-guards to catch her door.

I thought about going to one of those rent-a-wreck places and getting a truck. Then "accidentally" leave a crease in her door with the passenger door.

Tried that and was told there were no more spots available unless I wanted to park outside in the elements.

Her role/tile is Careless Bitch I believe. For real though I don't know, she's definitely not high on the food chain. She's some young chick some senior manager is probably stuffing on lunch breaks.

Did that. They could careless. They are the ones that told me to go park outside if I didnt like my current space.

I did that once when she parked her car on the line and got out. I watched out the window as she tried to squeeze between the cars and open her door anyway. She eventually gave up and climbed through the passenger side door. It took her a good 10 min to get out of her spot and she almost side swiped my car in the process...not worth it.

Previously she gave me a stupid look like why are you so upset and apologized. She then asked me weeks later if she did something to offend me. I had to remind myself that we were at work and bit my tongue and walked away. She obviously has ZERO respect for others property or her own. This is backed up by how her car looks. It is a total POS.

Liberty Mutual agents are pretty lazy. They would rather charge my uninsured motorist policy than go after her. Totally not worth it to have my rates jacked up over her neglect.

What are car-guards? The problem with the 335i is that the door handle in on a ridge that sticks out beyond the door panel. It catches all the abuse and is tough to get a dent removed.

You care too much about your car and you'll always be the bitch in this case. I feel you bro. Here's my rare and legitimate advice.

Wait I take my one good advice back after reading this. You had the perfect opportunity to tell her that you really care about your car and she should be more careful when opening her door getting in and out everyday. You are forced to park right beside this "careless" young (probably hot) chick and you were too pussy to even tell her that you are "kinda torn" from the multiple door dings. She even asked you if you were upset MAN!!! What is wrong with you telling her exactly how you felt even if its at work? Instead you had to go backdoor on this young hot ass to HR? Grow a fucking pair and man the fuck up. There's your fucking solution.

Fuck that. Pussy pass denied.

Confront her and make her fix it. It's your car, she didn't pay for it and she doesn't have the right to damage your property.

Quick story:

My friend had a VW Golf back in the day, anyhow he was at the mall (where he worked at the time) and he was coming out to his car at lunch. He said he saw a guy/girl park right next to him, and just swing their door open, hitting his car. He pulled back a little and waited until they left (I think they didn't even check their surroundings to see who was watching)

He said he walked up and inspected the damage, and sure enough the asshole dented his door pretty good, and of course didn't leave a note. So he did what any rational person would do:

He got a running headstart and kicked a dent right into the side of their car. A huge one.

Moral: if he could do that for a lowly VW Golf, you know what you need to do for your car: kick her. Hard.

Don't be so passive about it with her, fucking show her you're pissed (to an extent) because of how much you actually care about your car. Hell I told the Mexican next door to piss off from parking in front of my house because I didn't want to see his minivan when I look out the window.

Another option is to park far away from everyone and get some exercise every day. You complete two tasks, your car isn't near idiots and you do your body a little bit of good.

If it were me, I'd start by talking to the person who assigns spaces, explain the situation and see if there is another spot that they'd let me park in.

then....I'd walk across that bitch's hood. Some good dents in her line of sight might be a little reminder for her to not be such a careless bitch.

Just get an estimate to fix the damage and present it to her. Go from there.

You need to buy a "Reacher" a car that gets you from A to B, something dirt cheap and you could care less, park that MFer so close to her that a piece of paper can't get between the two cars, everyday she's going to work and thinking how the f am I going to get out of my car with this MFer parking so close to my car! When she gets it, maybe you can retire the Reacher.

People like this never get it, unless it hits them in the pocket book.
