Another big fan of K$S, although I tried some of those older than 12 and didn't find them as pleasing. I guess I just a dirty old fart.

When my niece got married in Quebec, her husband's family brought Centenario in little (gallon?) casks. Wish I knew how to put my hand son more of that! Turn the little spigot, and golden honey appears in your glass, again and again and again!

Bacardi 8 Años is pretty good and easy to find.
When I visited the Bacardi headquarters in Puerto Rico I bought a 12 year rum you can't buy in the U.S. That's the best I've had (admittedly, I haven't tried a ton of quality rums)

That is awesome. I had the 15yr...but I only got a mini bottle. I only have a 500ml of the 7yr. A buddy of mine from Canada brought it back from Cuba for me

I liked that one too but there was not enough of a difference in taste between the 20 & 25 to me. So even though the difference in price was small I just went with the 20yr cuz it was cheaper and was freaking amazing anyway

A new addition to the collection....smooth, caramel, toffee and molasses with hints of citrus and a warm finish....no complaints.

Can't believe my favorite rum hasn't been mentioned yet:
Pampero Aniversario. Not as sweet as Bacardi 8 year gold, but ultra smooth. Made in Venezuela.

Never saw or heard of this...there might be a good reason why. LOL. This reminds me of this cheap tequila called Donkey Piss

I see this one all the time and never had it. I have always been a little curious but I never see in restaurants to even try it to see if I want a bottle

I just found a big bottle of Bacardi Rum in our secondary pantry in our garage. I'd guess it's about 12 years old. Is it still any good?

Sure its fine. Booze like that doesn't really go bad and if its never been opened and exposed to oxygen it should be more than ok

It's good but a little heavy on the vanilla. I prefer it still mixed with something and not letting it stand on its own
