Just leased a new 2015 i8 for:
Monthly: $1099 Term: 36 mos Miles: 10k/yr Down: $7500 (including first mos payment, down payment and all taxes, title and license fees). MSRP: $150,095 Sales Price (incl BMW Rebates): $119,600 The above lease deals for $8-900 per month dont seem possible unless the tax, title and license are paid, more cash was actually put down or you got a bigger discount than the above..... |

I went to a dealer in south Florida and they were only discounting the car by 12K. I said that i have seen on the web that there are 20K+ being offered on 2015 cars. He asked me to produce the ad that shows 20K off.
A while back there was a posting about San Antonio dealer offering 24K off MSRP, but i am not able to find that ad anymore. Where can i find ads for 2015 i8 discounts? I would appreciate some info so that i can better negotiate with the bmw dealer. |

I have a question for everyone that has posted their deals here:
1) Was this a straight lease? (New lease deal. Not coming out from another lease, regardless of it being a BMW or not) 2) 2nd or 3rd, etc. lease that the lease term has ended. 3) Got out of your privious lease/finance deal early. If so, how early? 4) Other. Please explain what your privious auto situation was befor the i8. Thanks. Z. Last edited by Zipforia; 04-28-2016 at 07:11 PM.. |

Local dealer has an 832 mile 2015 that's been CPO'd for $109k advertised price, brand new Pure Impulse 2015 for $20k more. They're also advertising 0.9% APR and $3k rebate on the new i8. Emailing them just to satiate my curiosity, they've been sitting on the 2015 PI for over 6 months and probably want it gone.

I'm a client advisor at a Maryland dealer. We have a 2015 I can blow out. Please PM for details!
Edit: Sorry guys. Our last 2015 sold. Incentives on the 2016s will ramp up later in the year though. Last edited by CADK; 04-30-2016 at 08:23 AM.. |

Hello all,
Not sure how many Canadian i8 owners frequent this board, but I was recently quoted a 57% residual on a two year lease. It seems much lower than others are getting. Is this a number determined by the dealer or does BMW Canada decide? Would any other Canadian i8 lease owners care to share their residual? I really don't understand the residual game. My Porsche which is coming off lease is worth $28k more than my buy out. It is almost like they want people to have equity in their cars at the end of their lease. Does it work the same with BMW? |

If you lease from a NYS dealer you can not do MSD. If you are willing to do the full 7 deposits - you can get a discount on the money factor which will help. |
