BMW i3 - AUC sensor replacement DIY

Hi All
I am a new happy owner of another bmw this time i went with EV and i3 was something I did turn my head around for quite some time but anyway...
I decided to use my home made ENET cable first time to see if my old ista will still run it. After following some tutorials (available on internet) I did manage to read car and found persistent error with AUC sensor. Got one from eBay that came from 2series with same part numbers

Use hook tool to reach thru plastic grill to unclip sensor and pull it towards front of the car. You will not be able to slide sensor out (do not praise to hard as you will risk breaking your windscreen) if not unclipped.

Reverse the process but be patient with sliding it back on its position. Once pushed under the cover , use tools to position it via holes in the grill. Its a bit fiddly job so have a cup of tea and don't get
I did it in under 5min.

After all done i have cleared the error and since then it has not came back.
