Best Thing You Ever Ate

Just got done watching the show "Best Thing I Ever Ate" on Food Network.
The theme today was "Classics". They have other themes such as "crispy, eat with your hands" and so on. It got me thinking, what is the best thing I ever ate? I haven't been able to put my finger on it and it's been buggn the hell out of me but this is what I have at the moment.

Garlic Crab and Garlic Noodles at Crustacean's on Polk Street in S.F.
They also have a store in Beverly Hills but the crab there wasn't as good.

Like to hear what the "Best Thing You Ever Ate" was.

Best Pork Ribs: Whole Hog Cafe - Bentonville, AR

Best Pulled Pork: 17th St. BBQ - Murphysboro, IL

Best Pancakes: Terrace Pointe Cafe - Wynn Las Vegas (nearly worth the airfare alone)

Best Lasagna: Ouest - New York, NY

Cooked a goat over some coals at an orphanage in Mexico, then just passed the meat around and we all took bites out of it. Still the beast meat ever.

It's also the most widely consumed meat in the world.

That is an awesome list. The next time I am in one of those cities, I'll have to give them a try. I must say I have enjoyed some nice ribs many times at Whole Hog myself. My favorite ribs is still at Iguana Joes in Aruba. They had a nice caribbean flavor going on.

Yup I'm a big fan of pink tacos, fish tacos, furburgers, tossed salads etc, etc. too.
It's funny reading the some of these replies though. Real Food or just beaver,
Keep them coming or cumming. Which ever you prefer.

These are very delicious! I don't think I can pinpoint the best thing I've ever eaten to one specific item..

Just got back from Philly on business.
We went to Del Friscos Steak House for dinner.

I had the best crab cakes I've ever had there.
No fillers in these cakes, just huge lumps of crab and a nice sauce to go with it.
Yes, one crab cake was over $15 bucks but it was worth it.
Also, their lobster mac' n cheese is the best I've had as well. (side dish for entree)
The steaks were good to but they were a little cold.
No bigger turn off then a cold steak and smelly beaver.
