Well you posted up that terrible mod for comment, and my opinion is it's the single worst i8 mod I've ever seen.
Well done. Quite an achievement |

Did dinmancf do this for you as a custom wheel or was this something they had in stock? I considered picking up a salvage wheel and doing some carbon skinning. Not necessarily a top-delete, but something similar with the rest of the wheel.

Actually very cool.....blends nicely with the cars futuristic look. Do you have a source?

You can say this is about me and my "terrible" mod, but we both know from looking at your post history you don't like aggressive mods period.

So I really liked the paddle shift mod posted a few days ago. I had the opposite view of your steering wheel mod, which makes the car much worse to drive. An example of far more aggressive modding to my own car: Pretty much everything is modded: replacement engine, supercharger, charge cooler, suspension, wheels, brakes, tyres, body components, aero, seats, steering wheel, instruments etc etc. Bottom line is the car is 10% lighter than stock but more than 2x the power, with significantly enhanced parts. Faster, corners much better, stops much better, much higher downforce. That's proper "aggressive" modding Poor modding is chopping 1/3 of the steering wheel off. |

Either way, enthusiast do what they feel like doing with their cars. Some will like it, other will shake their heads. Making money off it is icing on the cake, typically not the case...... |
