Hey. I would first like to premise this by saying I am a dumbass. So I got two tickets in the last few years driving in Connecticut and had to attend a 4 hour driver retraining course. Today, I am driving around in Rhode Island and I got lasered in a 25mph zone. I got a $195 ticket but my real question is, do I have to attend another driver retraining course even it the ticket was issued in another state? thanks
