I am trying to find an original copy of the March BMWFS incentives. Apparently there was a mistake that showed additional rebate money that just magically disappeared without notice. I ordered an i3s early this month and my dealer just called me today to tell me BMWFS made a mistake and now my payment is going up significantly. Any help in tracking down the original document from early March would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I feel your stress. I am supposed to sign on a 2019 i3s tomorrow. I will let you know what they tell me. Right now on paper I'm seeing:
$7500 lease
$2000 loyalty (from December when I ordered the car. They said something about this month only being $1500 but they're honoring the previous amount)

These are numbers I was expecting and now today I have found that they are GONE!!!

$500 USAA (no more lease cash and I have no record of it available in December other than the fact that I checked in December and I was offered that money by other dealers. Now since there is no proof, I can get that money)

$1000 BMW CCA (apparently this changed on Jan 8, 2019 and I had NO IDEA until today when I am preparing for tomorrow's signing.

$2500 Texas Emissions Reduction Plan. I'm not sure about this but when I checked in January, there were plenty of funds available. NOW I see that the pool is diminishing quickly. I hope I can still get this.

The initial error was supposedly an accidental duplication of the $7,500 tax credit, so in essence it was $15,000. I was quoted $312/mo, put down my deposit for the order, and left a happy client. Four days later my sales advisor calls and says BMWFS made a mistake and they could not do the deal at the price I was quoted. I have a long relationship with my sales advisor, and the deal was already quoted at $500 over invoice, so there really wasn't much more they could do on the dealer end. They offered to do it at invoice, which brought it down to $567/mo, but still way off from the $312/mo quote. I understand that mistakes happen, but I also understand that it's important to own your mistakes. I'm not going to fool myself into believing that BMWNA should give me the additional $7,500, but they should definitely throw me a big bone to make up for their mistake. Especially considering that I was a BMW employee for almost a decade, this will be my 10th BMW, and the fact that I now work for Porsche and can get great deals on employee leases but my wife and I still bleed blue and white and only drive BMW's. BMWNA should cut into their own profits to take care of their most loyal clients, or at least throw me an accessory voucher, something!

Be sure to let BMWCCA know your not happy about the i3 no longer qualifying for the rebate. They sent me a "deal" to renew my membership and I took a minute to send them an email saying thanks but no thanks and why.

So I called TCEQ today and they are no longer accepting applications for the TX $2500 rebate on electric vehicles.

I'm a little upset because I couldn't submit my application sooner because my dealer did not give me their portion of the application until a week and a half after my deal was made. The cap for funding for electric vehicles was reached at the end of last week.

I'd call your dealer and ask them to sweeten the deal for you under the circumstances.

Update. Dealer is giving me $1250 for taking so long to return my paperwork and possibly having me lose my place in line for the TX $2500 credit.
